We list what you use today, what stays, what is replaced and what is connected. Nothing is switched off in this step.
Access to, or exports from, your current till, invoicing and delivery tools; your gestor's contact.
- Import and setupZamoligo
History is imported with its source recorded. Series and numbering are set up so the first live invoice continues correctly from the last one.
Your legal identity, locations, series, people and roles; the menu if Restaurant Operations is in scope.
- TrainingZamoligo
Short sessions per role, on your devices, in your language. Your gestor gets their own walkthrough of the fiscal view and export.

A full synthetic service on your real setup: orders, kitchen, close, invoices, corrections — with no real payment, submission or message sent. We fix what surfaces before going live.

What you need before the fit check
- Your legal entity and tax identification, and who is authorised to sign for it
- A list of your locations
- How you invoice today and, if you have one, your gestor's name
- The devices you already use at the counter and in the kitchen
- Any existing subscriptions with notice periods
After activation
- Upgrades keep your tenant identity and fiscal history; capabilities are added, never migrated.
- Disabling a module stops new collection and finishes or hands over in-flight work; records required by law are kept on their own schedule.
- Leaving is possible: export, audit and restore work without deleting legally required records.
