A young company from Spain building and running a connected restaurant system, sold with a person behind every conversation.
The problem we work on
A restaurant runs on five or six tools that do not talk to each other: a till, a kitchen printer, a delivery tablet, an invoicing program, a spreadsheet for costs, a booking app. Each one is fine alone; together they cost the owner hours every week and, in Spain from 2027, a compliance risk when invoicing rules change. Small restaurants cannot afford an IT department to stitch it together.
The product
One system for the whole restaurant: guest ordering, kitchen screens, table service and the bill, tax-compliant invoicing with the gestor in the loop, costs and stock, and guest relationships — with AI that helps the team where it is useful and stays optional everywhere. Zamoligo sets it up, runs it and supports it, so the restaurant never becomes the system administrator.
Where we start
Independent restaurants and small groups in Spain first, where the VeriFactu invoicing obligation gives every owner a concrete reason to change how the till and the invoice connect. France is under review; the product is built for every European language and country from the start, and each one opens only when the whole journey is reviewed by a speaker and the rules are verified.
The pilot strategy
Jack's Diner is the first pilot restaurant and the source of every demonstration on this site. The founding restaurant pilot takes a limited number of restaurants on founding-customer pricing, set up and run by us; pilot restaurants set the priorities and see our work. What is shown as running is running; what is being built says so.
How we intend to earn
A recurring subscription per restaurant location with the packages the restaurant actually uses, plus a one-time onboarding that covers migration and training. AI usage carries visible limits and a spending cap the restaurant sets. Nothing is financed by selling guest data.
