Our first pilot restaurant
Jack's Diner is a pilot restaurant. It runs a broad configuration of the platform so that we can learn from real service; it is not the configuration any restaurant is required to buy.
Every demonstration on this site — recordings, walkthroughs and the ordering demo — comes from Jack's Diner or from a synthetic environment built on its setup. Synthetic demonstrations are labelled and are never presented as testimonials or measured improvements.
Where a page says 'in pilot', it means: in use at Jack's Diner, reviewed by us, and offered to other restaurants in that country on the terms shown on the packages page. 'Preview' means shown, not sold. 'Planned' means not yet reviewed for that country.
How to reach a person
A person replies within one working day. Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (Madrid time). We answer in Español, Català, English, Français.
Write in any language — we reply in writing, using translation where we need to, and say when we have. Anything contractual is confirmed in one of the languages above.
