One connected walkthrough: an order placed by a guest reaches the kitchen, hits one recovery case, and is served and closed — in the platform’s demo environment.
Everything here is synthetic: no real payment, fiscal submission, delivery or message is ever sent. Each screen says whether it is product behaviour, scripted, or a preview.
This phone is the guest of the demo running on the other screen. Pick from the menu and send the order; watch it appear in the kitchen over there.
Two screens, one order
Scan with your phone: it becomes the guest ordering from “your” table, while this screen shows the kitchen. Same synthetic session; nothing is sent anywhere.
That was the whole scenario. A person can show it on your own menu and setup.
The steps
- Menu
The guest picks from the menu in their language.
- Cart
The guest reviews and always confirms the cart.
- Confirm
The order is confirmed; no real payment happens in the demo.
- Kitchen
The order appears on the pass by station, with times.
- A rejected item
An item is unavailable: the guest is told, offered an alternative, and the ticket updates.
- Served
The table sees the status as dishes go out.
- Close of day
Sales, VAT and the day’s invoicing records — a preview of the report.
