How invoicing works, step by step
A synthetic invoicing explanation: how a sale becomes a record, how delivery is tracked, what a rejection looks like, how it is corrected, and what your gestor receives.
Everything here is synthetic: no real payment, fiscal submission, delivery or message is ever sent. Each screen says whether it is product behaviour, scripted, or a preview.
This phone is the guest of the demo running on the other screen. Pick from the menu and send the order; watch it appear in the kitchen over there.
That was the whole scenario. A person can show it on your own menu and setup.
The steps
- Record
Each sale becomes an invoicing record; numbering is allocated atomically and a retry never issues twice.
- Deliver
Delivery to the tax authority is queued durably and tracked.
- States
Accepted, rejected, pending and unknown are shown separately.
- A rejection
A rejection shows its reason and the action to take.
- Correct
A rectification is issued; the original is never edited.
- Adviser export
A dated export with the state per record; the gestor sees the fiscal view only.
