Orders from the room, the phone and delivery arrive on one kitchen display, by station and by course, so the pass stays calm when the room is full.

• Kitchen displays per station; courses fire in order; nothing is lost between screens.
• Counter and kitchen see the same order at the same moment.
• Recovery when something goes wrong: a delayed acknowledgement is visible, not silent.
